Question: One cat loves to nibble the “needles” on my artificial tree. The other thinks the ornaments are her “toys”.
The needle eater then gets sick. My “klepto” ornament thief loses the ornament hangers for me, and I can’t rehang those ornaments!. I’ve tried putting a spray bottle near the tree, but can’t stay up all night long. One cat goes in my son’s room at night, which helps. Any other ideas out there?

My cats do the same thing, the best way i found is to put up a barrier around the tree so the cats cant get to the tree easily. But other than that i cant think of a way to keep the cats away unless you put them in another room during the nighttime. I hope this helps.
