the “cat food” or “dog food” isn’t nearly the same quality as “people food.”

i give them a tiny bit of chicken when i’m having it. of course i make them wait until i am finished first, once in a while they get a little treat of a bit of chicken but thats it, its noy healthy to give them human food as part of their regular diet

Question: Help with my cat’s eating?
we got a 12 week old kitten 3 days ago and she is doing very well. we already had a 15 & 5 year old cat. since the kitten has been here my 5 year old won’t eat her “adult cat food” only the kitten chow. she wont eat any canned food either.
is there something i can do to get her to stop eating the kittens food and eat the food she has been eating for years? do i have to try a different brand of dry food for her?

Cats get bored of the same food over and over again, and if there is a new variety, they’ll enjoy it much better. Try different flavors/brands of food. My cat does the same thing. Every once in a while he’ll get “bored” with the food, and I have to switch to a new type.

My cat loves these things:
- Mortadella
- Some cheeses
- Chicken
- Muffins
- Tuna from the can
- Salmon from the can
- Milk
Thats all the “people food” she eats and is it bad for her to eat it? My friends cat eats peanut butter and also eats like, pizza!
Why do cats do that? My mom came from egypt and she had a cat. My mom fed the cat like left-overs like this food called “fasolia” and other stuff :S

Just dont overfead these things and make sure there is no onion in anything.
Question: Has anyone’s cat gotten sick from eating “Purina’s Indoor Formula Cat Food” ?
If so what were their symptoms.
I recently bought a new bag. My cat has been throwing up for two days. She seems back to normal this morning. We have to be cautious.
It’s Saturday morning and she’s throwing up again after eating the same food. I’m off to the store to get a bag of regular Purina Cat Chow,

no but i have had my cat get sick from eating other objects, like parts of nerf balls, hair bands, cotton balls…… the symptoms he had were throwing up, he wasn’t active at all, he kind of went off into his own little corner and wasn’t very social, and my cat loves absolutely everyone! except my dog Gracie
